I stumbled across this picture while working on a project for Comparative Economic Systems that goes through the Economics of Venezuela, and found it hilarious. And even more specifically, my area of the presentation deals with the economics under Chavez. What makes it even more ironic for me and funny, is that today, a CAT (Country Analysis Team) briefed us on the current concerns of Cuba. So with those circumstances happening in my life right now, I found it funny and ironic :) And I could definently use the humor as everything is due this week before finals! Hope you got a good laugh out of it :)
